About the role
As Income Manager, you’ll provide leadership, direction and assurance across all income and recoverable debt services, including rent, service charges, and leasehold income.
You’ll:
- Lead, coach and inspire a committed team to deliver excellent income performance
- Use data, insight and performance trends to identify risks and drive improvement
- Promote a “prevention first” approach, balancing support for residents with fair and proportionate recovery action
- Oversee complex and high‑risk cases, ensuring legal compliance and best practice
