Overview
Our IT team are the ‘go-to’s for anything technical and are very much at the core of MHA’s service delivery. The IT Support Officer is a critical role, providing first point of contact support for all IT and communication related queries across our Group.
Key Responsibilities
You will support end‑users by diagnosing and resolving technical issues across a range of products and services. You will prioritise work, multi‑task and explain technical concepts in plain language. Excellent customer service is essential.

Base & Working Hours
- Hybrid working – Community, Office and Home
- 22.2 hours per week
