We’re looking for an experienced and values-driven Income Manager to lead our high-performing income service and help shape its future. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a pivotal role in protecting our financial resilience while supporting residents to sustain their homes through a person-centred, prevention-focused approach.

About the role

As Income Manager, you’ll provide leadership, direction and assurance across all income and recoverable debt services, including rent, service charges, and leasehold income. You’ll:

  • Lead, coach and inspire a committed team to deliver excellent income performance
  • Use data, insight and performance trends to identify risks and drive improvement
  • Promote a “prevention first” approach, balancing support for residents with fair and proportionate recovery action
  • Oversee complex and high-risk cases, ensuring legal compliance and best practice
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues and partners, influencing decisions and driving positive outcomes
  • Strengthen organisational assurance through robust controls and continuous service improvement
