Usk Church in Wales Primary School is a happy and successful school with high aspirations for excellence and equity for all. We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Teaching Assistant to support pupils with learning and behavioural needs within our mainstream setting, as well as to provide general support across the school for children who require additional help.

Responsibilities

Salary and Working Hours

Salary would be pro rata if not working full time hours or 52 weeks per year (i.e., 37 hours per week / 32.5 per week for School Teachers). Term Time Only – Weeks per Year: 39. Temporary End Date (if applicable): 31/08/2027.

Location

Usk Church In Wales Primary School, NP15 1SE, United Kingdom. This may change in the future if the service location needs to relocate. Relocation or disturbance expenses will not be paid if this happens.

Staff Requirements

  • Disclosed and Barring Service (DBS) Check: Enhanced with Children Barred List Check.
  • Welsh language skills are desirable.
