Monmouthshire County Council is seeking an enthusiastic and proactive individual to manage the day-to-day operation of our facility bookings at County Hall (Rhadyr - Usk). As the first point of contact, you will build strong relationships with clubs, partners and customers and encourage new and repeat bookings.

You will also work with digital, marketing and membership teams to improve booking processes and the overall customer journey, ensuring facilities are used to their full potential.
