Monmouthshire County Council is seeking a passionate and motivated surveyor to join the Landlord Services department, supporting the Asset Management team and its diverse land and property portfolio. You will be part of a team that manages investment and commercial portfolios, repurposing vacant assets, regenerating assets and delivering general asset management to benefit residents and service users. You will work closely with the Landlord Services management team and contribute to its varied activities.
