Monmouthshire County Council is seeking a passionate and motivated surveyor to join the Council's Landlord Services department, specifically managing the Asset Management team. You will manage a dedicated team with responsibility for the use and performance of a diverse land and property portfolio which offer opportunities for exciting and innovative workstreams.
You will be expected to work closely with the Landlord Services management team and contribute to its varied functions, including but not limited to the management of the Council's investment and commercial portfolios, repurposing of vacant assets, regeneration and general asset management. The role will contribute towards ensuring our assets are fit for purpose and positively contributing to the lives of our residents and service users/providers.
SALARY - IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Salary would be pro rata if not working full time hours or 52 weeks per year. i.e. 37 hours per week / 32.5 per week for School Teachers.
Location: County Hall, Rhadyr, Usk, NP15 1GA, United Kingdom. This may change in the future if the service location needs to relocate. Relocation or disturbance expenses will not be paid if this happens.
