The Achieving Change Together Team is seeking a motivated and skilled Family Change Practitioner to support children and families with complex needs. This is an opportunity to make a real difference to the life chances of children by working closely with families who may be difficult to engage.
Responsibilities
- Use strong listening skills and ability to build trusting, respectful relationships to help families make meaningful and sustainable positive changes.

- Deliver a bespoke package of support, including parenting interventions and direct work with children and young people.
