We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join the ‘Place and Community Wellbeing’ Destination Management team in a temporary post to successfully deliver the “Destination for All” grant funded project. The post holder will deliver specialist advice and support, and manage grant funding schemes to improve the accessibility of the destination and encourage the development of new events which create year‑round added value, support emerging products, and celebrate the county’s strengths.
This post will give you the opportunity to utilise your project management and communication skills to work with a wide range of tourism partners and event organisers to improve destination accessibility and address current challenges of seasonality and spread of tourism benefits. This post is fixed term for one year supported by the UK Government through the Local Growth Fund.
