We are seeking an enthusiastic, organized, and motivated team player to support Monmouthshire County Council\βs Contact Centre. The successful candidate will serve as the first point of contact, acting as the switchboard operator.
Salary β Important Information: The salary will be pro rata if not working full-time hours or 52 weeks per year, e.g., 37 hours per week / 32.5 hours per week for School Teachers.

Location: County Hall (Rhadyr β Usk), NP15 1GA, United Kingdom. Please note that this may change if the service location relocates. Relocation or disturbance expenses will not be paid if this occurs.
