Grounds maintenance is a vital service that supports Monmouthshire’s ambition to deliver clean, safe, and sustainable communities. This key operational leadership role will manage and coordinate the Magor and Undy Town Team, working directly with Town Clerks and Area Supervisors to deliver an enhanced service across Magor, Undy and surrounding areas.

The post holder will oversee the organisation, planning, and delivery of daily operational activities, ensuring high-quality standards and a professional public-facing service at all times.

SALARY - IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Salary would be pro rata if not working full time hours or 52 weeks per year. i.e. 37 hours per week / 32.5 per week for School Teachers.

Temporary End Date (if applicable): 01/06/2029

Location: Caldicot Depot, NP26 4JH, United Kingdom. This may change in the future if the service location needs to relocate. Relocation or disturbance expenses will not be paid if this happens.
