The predicted salary is between 20000 - 25000 £ per year.

Governors are seeking to employ a suitably experienced, keen and pro‑active person to be the school Caretaker/Cleaner at Dewstow Primary & Nursery School. Duties will include providing a professional caretaking/cleaning service at the School, ensuring that the establishment is opened and closed at designated times, in the approved conditions for occupancy, maintaining our School site to a high standard and carrying out our daily cleaning duties.

Salary would be pro rata if not working full time hours or 52 weeks per year. i.e. 37 hours per week / 32.5 per week for School Teachers.

Location: Dewstow Primary, NP26 4HD, United Kingdom. This may change in the future if the service location needs to relocate. Relocation or disturbance expenses will not be paid if this happens.

Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) Check: Appointment to this post is exempt from Rehabilitation of Offenders Act and is subject to the following DBS check: Enhanced with Children Barred List Check.

Welsh language skills are desirable.
