The predicted salary is between 30000 - 40000 £ per year.

To gain a thorough technical understanding of our full range of products and their respective servicing requirements, in line with the latest British Standards, including legal (digital) Service paperwork completion.

To drive nationwide as required, predominantly Northern England and Scotland based to represent Monmouth Scientific face to face with our customers in a professional, well-presented and courteous manner.

To deliver, install, commission, service and maintain our wide range of laboratory equipment and clean areas at Customer premises.

To provide Customer support and training during delivery, commissioning & installation of new products.

To deal with Customer enquiries, and when necessary, complaints, when in the field, and report objectively on Customer satisfaction as and when required.

To undergo ongoing product and application training, both internal and external, to maintain individual skills and keep up to date with the latest production and servicing concepts.

To undertake ad hoc duties, tasks or activities required or deemed necessary.

To adhere to all Health & Safety policies & procedures issued by the Company at all times.
