Working 37 hours per week, term time only plus 10 days. Actual pro-rata salary is £25,011 – £27,131 per annum (pay award pending).

You will work with students and parents/carers to contribute to improving whole school attendance outcomes, reduce barriers to attendance and persistent absence, and raise achievement. The role will involve:

  • Undertaking home visits
  • Inputting and analysing student attendance data
  • Undertaking administration duties relating to attendance
  • Implementing strategies to improve attendance

We are looking for a colleague with knowledge of policies and statutory guidance on pupil attendance, effective communication skills, and the ability to work with pupils, parents/carers, and external agencies. We are committed to investing in our staff, and you will receive a supportive induction programme and have access to high-quality CPD.
