About you:
- a qualified teacher (QTS or equivalent) with excellent subject knowledge.
- able to plan and deliver consistently high-quality, well-structured lessons across relevant key stages, promoting strong progress and outcomes.
- skilled in adapting teaching to meet the needs of all learners, including pupil premium, looked after children, SEND and high-attaining students.
- a strong communicator who builds positive, professional relationships with students, colleagues and parents/carers, and contributes positively to the wider life of the school.
