We are looking for a Leisure Attendant to join our supportive and talented team at Monkton Wood Academy. The successful applicant will become a member of the CLF Leisure and Lettings team. This role is based at Monkton Wood Academy, Taunton. The contracted 5 hours per week can be discussed at interview, with a preference for Saturday availability. Additional overtime shifts are arranged 4–6 weeks in advance based on bookings and operational needs. Shifts are dependent on bookings. Shift length: typically 3–6 hours, unless pre‑agreed. Staff rotas are arranged approximately 4–6 weeks in advance based on your stated availability. Occasional last‑minute cover may be offered to support staff absence. The site is closed for approximately 2 weeks over Christmas and on public holidays. At the end of the fixed term MAT period in March 2027, employment could be transferred to a casual role on a zero‑hours basis, if agreed.
Responsibilities
