Working closely with our wider marketing team, you will be the voice of the school, capturing the magic of the classroom, the sports field, and the arts to engage prospective parents and the wider school community.
Key Responsibilities- Content Creation & Storytelling: Capture daily life at the Prep School by producing engaging, high-quality written stories, photography, and short-form video for school newsletters, blogs, news pages and internal presentations.
- Social Media Management: Own the day-to-day social media channels (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube). Plan and schedule posts, monitor engagement, and respond to community interactions.
- Digital Campaign Support: Assist the senior team in running targeted digital and print campaigns, including open day promotions, admissions drives, and alumni stories.
- Email Marketing: Help design and distribute parent communications, school e-newsletters, and admissions nurturing emails.
- Website Updates: Ensure the school website is regularly updated with fresh news, pupil achievements, and key calendar dates.
