Monks is seeking an HR Director (UK&I) to lead HR strategy and operations across the UK and Ireland as part of the EMEA HR leadership team.

You will drive a high-impact people strategy, partner with leadership to transform the employee experience, and leverage modern tech and AI to advance data-driven HR decisions.
