Monks is seeking a Senior Social Strategist for a 12-month fixed-term contract to embed within a client's team. This role will support the creation and delivery of the client's social strategy for a Singapore haircare brand. This is a hybrid role, integrated within the client's internal team, to establish and drive a social-first approach internally and with their existing agency partners.
Responsibilities:
- Strategic support for the Singapore brand team.
- Help establish and drive social first approaches internally and with client agency partners.
- Co-create with the brand: contribute to collective briefs, and evergreen briefs across social & influence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams: data, planning, creative teams, and in-house teams and agencies.
- Support the client team in the development and execution of social strategy and digital content brand strategies.
- Support client team in the supervision of content and community management teams, as they relate to strategic objectives.
- Support client team in monitoring and auditing of social media strategies, as part of the continuous optimization process.
- Support client team in the analysis of the results obtained from the different reports of the analytical and monitoring tools for continuous optimization.
- Support client team in monitoring trends in social networks to keep the different platforms updated, not only with the content but also with the strategy.
About you:
The essentials:
- 7+ years of experience as a Sr. Social Media Strategist or similar role.
- Experience in the beauty/wellbeing category.
- Extensive experience in social media and influence strategy development and execution, ideally within a global brand environment.
- Proven ability to lead and influence client and cross-agency stakeholders at all levels, drive decision-making, and foster strong cross-functional collaboration.
- Deep understanding of social media platforms, best practices, and emerging trends.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
