About the Role
As Senior Content Designer, you will lead the content strategy for an LLM‑powered product at one of the world’s leading tech companies. You will collaborate directly with experienced Product Managers, Engineers, UX Designers, and Researchers to shape the future of AI interaction. The ideal candidate is resourceful, managerial, curious, and a flexible collaborator who can lead content verticals, ask the right questions, and find delight in the fine details of your craft. This is a 6‑month fixed‑term contract.
Responsibilities:
- Strategy & Evaluation: Develop the content strategy for LLM‑generated content and utilize it to evaluate and refine output quality.
- Prompt Engineering: Partner with engineers to build and optimize prompts that leverage the defined content strategy.
- Data Excellence: Create high‑quality training data for system instructions and content rating frameworks.
- Thought Leadership: Establish and articulate AI content design best practices to cross‑functional stakeholders.
- End‑to‑End Writing: Manage, plan, and write content for both complex AI interactions and standard product microcopy.
- Analysis: Conduct systematic loss analysis and arbitration analysis on model outputs to improve performance.
- Framework Development: Establish AI content frameworks and rigorous evaluation rubrics.
- Holistic Design: Own the end‑to‑end design for AI conversational flows and traditional product UI.
- Mentorship: Manage and mentor junior content designers, providing oversight on output quality and fostering career growth.
