As a Senior Campaign Manager – 12-month FTC, you will develop and own measured, scalable, and integrated content strategies to drive customer acquisition and engagement across the EMEA region. In this role, you will be embedded into our client’s newly formed marketing pillar, transforming business goals into insight‑led, multi‑channel campaigns. We are looking for someone passionate about seeking new opportunities to create impactful work, thrives in ambiguity, and brings a hybrid skillset of campaign strategy and data‑driven optimisation. You will act as the strategic bridge between business objectives and creative execution, partnering closely with delivery teams to ensure campaign intent is executed with clarity, consistency, and scale.

Responsibilities

  • Develop integrated content strategies and comprehensive creative briefs that define clear messaging, target audiences, channel orchestration, and measurement frameworks.
  • Define customer lifecycle hypotheses, cohort strategies, and test‑and‑learn roadmaps to optimise performance across all marketing funnel stages.
  • Champion bold, customer‑centric creative work while maintaining absolute brand consistency across multiple European markets.
  • Synthesize customer, business, and media insights into actionable communication plans with clear objectives and deliverables.
  • Establish campaign success metrics and KPIs focused on customer acquisition, engagement, and retention, partnering with analytics teams to track and interpret results.
  • Collaborate with channel leads and priority owners to align campaign objectives, audience targeting, and measurement frameworks across paid and owned channels.
  • Translate high‑level strategic direction into clear, execution‑ready briefs for delivery teams, ensuring project scope and performance goals are unambiguous before handoff.

The Essentials

  • 7+ years of experience leading integrated consumer marketing strategies and managing multi‑channel campaigns within a fast‑paced agency or brand environment.
  • A strong background working alongside creative teams with a deep appreciation for, and understanding of, high‑quality creative work.
  • Experience managing multi‑marketplace campaigns and guiding cross‑functional teams within a global or regional matrix.
  • Strong familiarity with marketing measurement frameworks and using data to guide campaign decisions and optimisation.
  • A proactive self‑starter who is comfortable building new frameworks, processes, and campaign models from scratch.

  • Deep knowledge of how creative assets must flex across different formats and specific paid vs. owned channels.
