About the Role
As a Senior Director of Measure.Monks, you'll step into a key leadership role designed to accelerate our growth and champion our market-pioneering approach to marketing evaluation. We are looking for an inspiring leader and expert practitioner who is passionate about seeking new opportunities to create impactful work, build unique, market-first solutions using econometrics, and foster an entrepreneurial, vibrant atmosphere. Responsibilities:
- Lead a talented team of consultants and analysts across multiple markets, including our London Hub and the US, to deliver outstanding marketing evaluation and predictive modelling projects.
- Drive business growth by leading high-value client pitches, selling in projects, and expanding our footprint across a range of industries.
- Oversee the end-to-end delivery of exceptional data analytics, robust data visualisation, and compelling presentations directly to clients.
- Mentor and personally manage the career development of a dedicated team of consultants and analysts, fostering growth based entirely on merit.
- Shape overall company strategy and maintain a big-picture "helicopter view" to develop innovative tools and push the business into exciting new analytical territories.
- Collaborate across the wider business, lending your expertise to project management, revenue growth management, internal process improvements, and R&D.
About You

- Proven leadership: You have a track record of leading teams, managing people brilliantly, and delivering high-value client projects from start to finish.
- Commercial expertise: You bring 12+ years of commercial experience in market mix modelling and marketing analytics, alongside a proven ability to close high-value project sales.
- Superb communicator: You can translate complex economic modelling into very clear, simple, and actionable insights for clients.
- Academic foundation: You hold a degree in Econometrics, Economics, or Mathematics (with an econometrics focus).
