About the Role

As a Senior Consultant within Measure.Monks, you’ll be a driving force in our marketing effectiveness division, helping us push toward continued double-digit growth. You will step into a pivotal role that balances advanced data analytics with strategic client relationship management, acting as the bridge between complex data science and clear business strategy. We are looking for someone passionate about seeking new opportunities to create impactful work, guiding clients across a range of industries, and helping to shape the future of our predictive modelling offerings.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage marketing evaluation and Market Mix Modelling (MMM) projects for a dedicated portfolio of clients across diverse industries.
  • Deliver exceptional data analytics and translate complex statistical outputs into compelling, visual data stories.
  • Present insights directly to clients, ensuring data-driven recommendations are clear, actionable, and aligned with their business goals.
  • Mentor and manage the professional development of one or two consultants or analysts within the team.
  • Collaborate with company Directors to deliver outstanding project work and actively contribute to overall company strategy.
  • Innovate and improve internal tools, techniques, and processes to help the business expand into new, cutting-edge areas.
  • Engage across the business by supporting project management, revenue growth management, research and development, and new business initiatives.

About You

The essentials:

  • Commercial experience: Solid experience (typically 5+ years) working directly with Market Mix Modelling (MMM) and marketing analytics.
  • Communication skills: An ability to explain complex econometric and modelling concepts in a clear, simple, and jargon-free manner to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • People leadership: Proven experience managing or mentoring junior team members and guiding their career growth.
  • Educational background: A strong academic foundation with a degree in Econometrics, Economics, Mathematics (with an econometrics focus), or a related quantitative field.
  • Mindset: An entrepreneurial attitude with the drive to look for new business opportunities, improve processes, and help scale a growing team.
  • Technical tools: Hands-on experience or familiarity with R, Python, or similar statistical programming packages.
  • Commercial acumen: Experience assisting with or driving the sale of analytics projects to clients.
