About the Role
As the Group Treasury Manager, you will be at the heart of S4 Capital\’s global financial operations, with a primary focus on cash management and Treasury operations. This is a strategic and hands-on role that offers the opportunity to influence and shape the Treasury function across a dynamic, fast-growing digital advertising and marketing services group.
Responsibilities:
Cash Management Leadership :
You will oversee the group\’s liquidity management, ensuring optimal cash flow across all entities. This includes forecasting, monitoring, and managing daily cash positions, intercompany funding, and short-term investments. You will be in charge of up to $200m of cash worldwide.
Treasury Operations Oversight :
You\’ll manage banking relationships, FX exposure, and compliance with internal controls and external regulations. You will own the Treasury Management System, Nomentia, the dealing platform 360T, and the banking platform, Cobase.
Global Collaboration :
Acting as the central point of contact for Finance teams across S4\’s global network, you\’ll support subsidiaries and corporate functions in Treasury-related matters, ensuring consistency and efficiency in operations.
Strategic Influence :
This is not just an operational role-it\’s an opportunity to leave your personal mark . You\’ll be encouraged to challenge the status quo, propose innovative solutions, and help define how Treasury integrates with the broader organization.
Process Improvement & Automation :

Relevant Academic Background
You hold a degree in a related discipline
ACT Qualification
You qualified with the Association of Corporate Treasurers
5+ Years of International Treasury Experience
You bring a solid track record of Treasury experience within a multinational corporate environment, with exposure to complex, cross-border financial operations.
Cash and Liquidity Management Expertise
You have deep, hands-on experience managing global cash positions, optimizing liquidity structures, and ensuring efficient use of working capital across multiple jurisdictions.
FX Risk Management Proficiency
You understand the nuances of foreign exchange risk and have practical experience in front-office FX dealing, hedging strategies, and managing currency exposures.
Project and Change Management in Banking & Cash Management
You\’ve led or contributed to Treasury transformation initiatives, such as bank rationalization, or cash pooling implementations, and are comfortable navigating change.
Nice to Have (But Not Essential)
Treasury Management Systems (TMS) Experience
Familiarity with TMS platforms, especially Nomentia, is a strong plus. You understand how technology can streamline Treasury operations and how they interact with other systems in Finance.
