About The Role
We are looking for a qualified Freelance English speaking Community Manager with a background in the technology or semiconductor industry (or similar). Location is not important. The role requires around 16 hours per week.
You will be responsible for identifying improper content, risk, and replying to content and comments to achieve our business goals. Our ideal candidate is an experienced professional with demonstrable creative writing skills and demonstrable high knowledge in social media and affinity with technology.
As a FL Community Manager, you should perform well under deadlines and be detail-oriented. If you are also an expert in content optimisation and brand consistency, we would like to meet you.
Ultimately, you should be able to oversee all social media content initiatives at all platforms, to ensure customer engagement, brand consistency and a positive customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Reviewing content across multiple social channels

- Liaise with the social media team to improve community engagement
- Understand that brand tone of voice and ensure that it is applied across all posts and responses
- Use content management systems to analyze website traffic and users engagement metrics
- Stay up-to-date with developments and generate new ideas to draw audience’s attention
- Understand the social landscape and identify trends and potential opportunities that could be used to develop content
- Stay up to date with social platforms, their updates and changes
- Monitor communities and identify user generated content opportunities that could be shared and used across channels
About You
