Monks is seeking a Talent Discovery Coordinator to support the Talent Discovery department by coordinating candidate scheduling, refining recruitment practices, and ensuring a smooth candidate journey. You will collaborate with HR and recruiters, manage offers and onboarding, and help source emerging talent while maintaining data integrity in Greenhouse.

As a true ambassador for the Talent Discovery team, you will oversee referrals and job postings, identify process improvements, and participate.
