As a Talent Discovery Coordinator, you’ll play an integral role in attracting, recruiting, and providing a top-notch experience for candidates within our Talent Discovery department. You will be essential in refining our recruitment practices, ensuring a positive candidate journey, promoting best practices, and sourcing emerging talent to drive the overall success of the agency. We are looking for someone who is passionate about seeking new opportunities to create impactful work.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end scheduling of candidate interviews, facilitate testing, and handle communications.
  • Maintain the job description catalog and update documentation as needed.
  • Collaborate with Talent Operations on administrative projects and work alongside recruiters to maintain data integrity in the Applicant Tracking System (Greenhouse).
  • Oversee employee referrals and job postings, acting as a true ambassador for the Talent Discovery team.
  • Identify opportunities to refine existing recruitment processes to improve efficiency.
  • Assist in creating offer letters and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires in collaboration with HR and IT.
  • Participate in ongoing and special projects assigned by the Talent Discovery lead, including direct sourcing and shortlisting suitable candidates.
  • Deliver proactive administrative support, efficient scheduling, and exceptional attention to detail across all tasks.

About You

The essentials:

  • 1–2 years of experience in Recruiting, HR, or Administrative roles.
  • Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with recruiting tools (e.g., Greenhouse, LinkedIn, monday.com).
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong collaboration skills paired with the ability to work autonomously.
  • Highly organised with a proven track record of prioritising multiple tasks effectively.
  • Adaptable, solution-oriented, and eager to continuously evolve your skills and learn new recruiting strategies.

Not a must, but a plus:

  • A genuine interest in growing within the recruitment and talent acquisition space.
