About the Role

Join our creative team as a Senior Hybrid Designer/Motion for a 6-month FTC to work with one of our biggest clients.

We're seeking a passionate and detail-oriented designer with a strong foundation in both digital and social content.

The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with the creative team (mainly creators and copywriters), serving as the quality assurance expert for all deliverables, ensuring pixel-perfect assets across various social formats.

A keen eye for detail, a sense of ownership, and a commitment to producing high-quality work are essential.

Additionally, you should be able to seamlessly transition between design and motion design tasks, delivering high-quality files that meet both organisational and aesthetic standards.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Creatives and PMs to produce impactful visuals.
  • Adhere to brand guidelines while also developing new styles and creative proposals.
  • Adapt and scale a variety of assets for digital/social formats
  • Demonstrate good time management skills and efficiently manage multiple tasks with the support of your lead and Project Managers.

About You

The essentials

  • Proven 5+ years of experience working with social assets at scale, adapting them for multiple formats.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Proficiency in After Effects.
  • Proficiency in Figma.
  • Experience and willingness to use AI tools to execute is a must.
  • Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Patience and passion for design.
  • Good time management and organisational skills.
  • Ability to iterate on designs and work efficiently under tight deadlines.
  • Humble and collaborative attitude.
  • Proactive thinking and sense of responsibility.
