About the Role

We’re looking for a Senior Creative Designer to join our EMEA creative team for one of our big clients. In this role, you will be a driving force in an innovative group focused on delivering outstanding, boundary‑pushing design experiences across digital, social, motion, and AI‑driven platforms for one of the world’s best‑known tech brands. You are a strategic, collaborative storyteller who pairs high‑level creative vision with humility. You thrive in an environment that encourages expression, inclusivity, and relentless curiosity. Furthermore, you are a pioneer for the future of AI in design, viewing it as a powerful catalyst for innovation rather than a hurdle.

Responsibilities

  • Creative Leadership & Partnership: Partner with copywriters, developers, motion specialists, and creative leads to spearhead high‑quality integrated visual designs. You will own projects from high‑level concept development through to flawless execution across multiple digital platforms.
  • Strategic Social Media Architect: Drive the creative and strategic thinking for the client’s social media presence. You will develop concepts and design high‑impact social assets, ensuring they are culturally relevant, optimised for various platform behaviours, and engineered to drive engagement.
  • AI Integration & Innovation: Pioneer the use of AI tools to optimise day‑to‑day workflows, mentor the wider team on AI adoption, and explore new creative frontiers in both static and animated work.
  • Presentation & Persuasion: Act as a compelling voice for the creative team. Communicate effectively across cross‑functional groups and persuasively present complex concepts and projects, both internally and to senior client stakeholders.
  • Autonomous Problem Solving: Work with a high degree of autonomy to provide innovative solutions to complex creative problems, balancing meticulous attention to detail and quality with tight timelines.
  • Brand Stewardship: Maintain an elevated standard of creative quality while strictly applying client brand guidelines, ensuring all work (including AI‑assisted output) is visually stunning and brand‑aligned.
  • Agility & Mentorship: Thrive in a fast‑paced environment, digesting complex feedback quickly, developing alternate creative solutions under pressure, and helping guide junior/mid‑weight designers through the process.

The Essentials

  • Seasoned Creative Leader: 6–8+ years of experience at a top‑tier agency or in‑house creative team. Your portfolio must demonstrate mastery across web, email, video, and specifically a track record of high‑performing, innovative social media campaigns.
  • Global Collaborator: Comfortable working autonomously across matrixed teams and time zones, developing concepts for a variety of innovative products in a global, fast‑moving environment.
  • AI Pioneer: A proactive, advanced interest in emerging AI tools for image generation, motion, and process optimisation. You aren’t just experimenting; you are actively looking for ways to elevate the team’s output using new tech.
  • Master of Design Fundamentals: Expert‑level command of typography, illustration, and layout. Rigorous attention to detail is second nature to you, and you set the standard for visual excellence on the team.
  • Strategic & UX Thinker: A deep understanding of UX principles and audience psychology. You don’t just make things look pretty; you design with purpose, ensuring concepts are both technically achievable and commercially attention‑worthy.
  • Cultural Catalyst: You foster a positive, energetic, and collaborative spirit on the team, inspiring coworkers to go the extra mile and foster a supportive, psychologically safe creative environment.
  • Trend Forecaster: A strong passion for pop culture and a finger on the pulse of what’s trending in social media, digital subcultures, and the tech space. You know how to translate internet culture into brand‑safe, impactful design.
