Monk's Bridge Farm in Dinnington is offering an Apprentice Chef (Production Chef Level 2) opportunity with Farmhouse Inns and Lifetime Training. You will train while working full-time in a busy kitchen, learning to prepare, cook and present dishes to spec.
Working week is 30 hours minimum, with shifts including evenings, weekends and bank holidays. The apprenticeship lasts about 1 year 3 months and includes the Chef Academy masterclasses to build specialist skills.
