Be a pivotal member of the Executive Office team, assisting with coordination of various events, calendar management, research and planning, and a range of adhoc administrative tasks that may arise, with precision and efficiency.

This position requires an emotionally intelligent, highly adaptable team player who is comfortable navigating shifting priorities, partnering across functions, and stepping into a wide range of responsibilities as needs evolve. Job Specification
  • Assist Senior EA with scheduling and coordinating SMS’s virtual and in‑person meetings, events, media interviews, podcasts, and investor meetings.
  • Provide diary and meeting backup support by understanding the intricacies of an ever‑evolving schedule, lead times, supporting context, and speaking/media engagements and events.
  • Collaborate to ensure seamless oversight and proactive management of the executive inbox, maintaining high standards of responsiveness and confidentiality.
  • Liaise with office team and Sir Martin’s travel advisor on complex VIP itineraries.
  • Continual monitoring of schedule to issue reminders and prompts to Principal.
  • Consistent alignment on logistics regarding speaking engagements, conferences and events.
  • Proactively update the master event tracker with logistical data and key insights.
  • Collaborate internally with Marketing and Media teams to promote events and internal networking opportunities.
  • Research and collate data, leveraging AI tools to produce topline intelligence reports that inform and support key meetings.
  • Assist with coordinating investor meetings, earnings calls and roadshows with respective points of contact in conjunction with CFO’s EA.
  • Aid in coordination of AGM arrangements, Results day activities and S4 Annual Report preparations and related logistics.
  • Assist Senior Administrator with adhoc tasks as required to ensure smooth office operations (e.g., product ordering, document preparation, archiving, etc.).
