We seek a digital-savvy Account Manager to help support and manage a portfolio of brand initiatives within a powerhouse agency that lives at the intersection of technology and creativity. You will serve as the primary liaison between internal teams and the client, managing the delivery and maintenance of a multitude of brand websites. You will collaborate across digital and technology to drive growth, optimise performance, and ensure the long-term success of brand initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple web-based projects, ensuring milestones are achieved while coordinating effectively with cross-functional teams to meet timelines.
  • Identify and drive growth opportunities through renewals, upsell, and cross-sell where appropriate; develop proposals, statements of work, and budgets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Creative, Strategy, Data, Tech) to deliver brand websites from design through to implementation, ensuring continuous optimisation based on user needs.
  • Support scoping, budgeting, forecasting, and profitability tracking for assigned initiatives; monitor financial performance against targets.
  • Maintain high-quality communication, proactively manage risks, and resolve issues efficiently; handle escalations with confidence.
  • Contribute to new business efforts by supporting the development of compelling briefs and pitch materials.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, supporting satisfaction and the long-term growth of brand initiatives.
  • Monitor campaign performance and analytics; derive actionable insights to inform optimisation and reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with contracts, approvals, and agency policies, maintaining high standards of quality across all deliverables.
  • Work collaboratively with teams to improve processes and drive more efficient workflows.

About You

The essentials:

  • 3–5 years' experience in a hybrid Account/Project Management role within a digital, marketing, or web agency, with a strong focus on website builds and rollouts.
  • Proven ability to coordinate and support the delivery of end-to-end web projects, from scoping and design through to development, launch, and iteration.
  • Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills, with the ability to balance client needs alongside project delivery requirements.
  • Highly organised with solid project management capabilities, including timelines, budgets, resourcing, and risk management.
  • Commercially aware, with experience supporting forecasting, budgeting, and tracking project performance.
  • Detail-oriented and solutions-focused, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
  • Clear and confident communicator, both written and verbal, comfortable leading status updates, workshops, and client interactions.
