About the Role

Measure.Monks, the marketing effectiveness division of Monks, is seeking a talented Econometrics / Market Mix Modelling (MMM) Analyst to influence company growth through advanced econometric modelling. The role involves data collection, model building, and delivering impactful insights to clients, utilizing techniques from basic statistics to Bayesian modelling. The position offers tailored training, merit-based progression, and the chance to work with diverse international clients in a vibrant, entrepreneurial atmosphere.

Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with clients to collect and prepare data from various sources.
  • Build market-leading econometric models.
  • Finalize marketing evaluation projects by developing presentations to communicate key findings and insights.
  • Apply techniques ranging from simple statistical analysis to OLS, logistic regression, attribution, and Bayesian modelling.
  • Draw insights and deliver commercial recommendations to clients.
  • Develop skills in presentation, project management, and commercial application over time.

About You

We\’re looking for a bright and personable individual who is eager to excel in applying econometrics to marketing and sales evaluation and motivated to learn and grow within a dynamic, innovative environment.

The essentials:

  • Degree in Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field with 2.1 or higher.
  • Proficient oral and written communication skills.
  • Collaborative team player.
  • Knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, R, or Python is advantageous but not essential.
  • Experience with statistical modelling packages.
  • Postgraduate degree is advantageous but not mandatory.
