At Monkhouse “service is everything” and your job will be to service our customers to a high standard. We are currently a team of 14 and we are growing rapidly. During our peak season our team expands to 40 to ensure we provide the best service to our customers. Practically, this means handling inbound telephone orders and enquiries, responding to customer emails, and proactively updating customers on order delays.

What skills do I need:

  • Experience in using Microsoft Outlook and Excel.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Well organised with excellent time management skills.
  • Ability to deal with inbound enquiries.
