- Supporting the Store Manager with daily tasks,
- You will be a key holder,
- Driving sales and customer service,
- Training and development of staff,
- Supporting seasonal recruitment,
- Inventory management,
- Retail operations,
- Assisting with merchandising and window displays,
- Maintaining store standards and cleanliness.
You will also play a crucial role in our sustainability efforts:
- Reduce electricity usage by turning off unused lights and electronic equipment.
- Encourage your team to bring reusable water bottles to work.
- Ensure the responsible use of water to minimise wastage.
- Implement our recycling processes in the store.

Your working days and hours:
This is a permanent, 22.5 hour-a-week contract. Actual days of work to be agreed. During our peak season, there is the option to uplift your hours.

What about holidays?Your holiday entitlement is 28 days per year (including bank holidays, and pro-rated to hours worked).
