Hours: Monday to Thursday - 36 hours per week (including a 1 hour unpaid lunch break)

Salary: Starting from £23,628.80 per annum (dependent on qualification(s) and experience)

Key Responsibilities
  • Supporting your team to grow and perform at a high standard, whilst ensuring that all legislation and EYFS frameworks are adhered to
  • Engaging your team to create inspirational, creative and effective learning environments in line with the needs of the children and the nursery
  • Team working, we are a lovely family feel nursery and we strive for happiness for our people
  • Ensuring the safety and welfare of children through a confident knowledge of safeguarding processes and procedures
  • Implementation of the EYFS with a good understanding of child development
  • Reporting issues of concern to a senior team member or relevant services
  • Partnership working with parents and our partners to ensure our children thrive
  • Positive attitude with children, parents, colleagues and visitors to maintain our happy nursery
  • Clear and accurate record keeping and report writing
  • Promoting a high standard of quality within the nursery including practice, environment and resources in line with our nursery expectations
Qualifications
  • Minimum full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification
  • Safeguarding Knowledge
  • At least 2 years' experience working as a nursery practitioner or similar in an Early Years setting
