Description Nursery Assistant Location: Monkey Puzzle Ealing Hours: Monday to Thursday - 36 hours per week including a 1 hour unpaid lunch break. Salary: Starting from £21,632 per annum. Key Responsibilities You will be able to help provide high standards of care and education to meet the individual needs of the children You will be able to adhere to all company policies and procedures and maintain positive working relationships with the team, parents and carers You will know when to report issues of concern to a senior team member You have a positive attitude and creative ideas to inspire learning You have good verbal and written communication skills with adults and children You will have great planning and organisation skills You will have a willingness to learn You will have the ability to work well under pressure Skills, Knowledge and Expertise Essentials GCSE- grades 5-9/A-C Able to ensure the safety and welfare of children through a confident knowledge of safeguarding processes and procedures Appropriate behaviour management Able to participate in child observations and assessments with a good understanding of child development Great to have Food Hygiene Level 2 FGM Safeguarding Paediatric First Aid Skill, Knowledge therefore, it is necessary for the appropriate level of criminal record Disclosure and Barred check to be undertaken.
