Job Description DescriptionNursery Practitioner - Level 2 Monkey Puzzle Ealing are looking for a qualified (Level 2) Nursery Practitioner to join their team. Create inspirational, creative, and effective learning environments in line with the needs of the children and the nursery. Ensure the safety and welfare of children through a confident knowledge of safeguarding processes and procedures. Implement the EYFS with a good understanding of child development. Work in partnership with parents and our partners to ensure our children thrive. Show a positive attitude with children, parents, colleagues and visitors to maintain our happy nursery. You will be able to help provide high standards of care and education to meet the individual needs of the children You are able to provide play based learning opportunities for all children You will be able to adhere to all company policies and procedures and maintain positive working relationships with the team, parents and carers You have a positive attitude and creative ideas to inspire learning You have good verbal and written communication skills with adults and children You will have great planning and organisation skills Ensure high levels of interaction with children in order to help extend their learning Support children at mealtimes ensuring these provide a positive social experience for the children Provide support for children who are transitioning to new settings Help children with feeding, changing clothes, nappies, toileting etc Full and relevant level 2 in Early Years Able to ensure the safety and welfare of children through a confident knowledge of safeguarding processes and procedures Able to participate in child observations and assessments with a good understanding of child development Food Hygiene Level 2 Safeguarding Length of Service Recognition: We recognise and reward your length of service with Monkey Puzzle with vouchers Competitive Salaries: We are not here to penny pinch.
