But don't just take our word for it... we are Great Place to Work Best Workplaces, Best Workplaces for Women 2024 and Best Workplaces for Wellbeing 2022 & 2023 Key Responsibilities Engaging your team to create inspirational, creative and effective learning environments in line with the needs of the children and the nursery Team working, we are a lovely family feel nursery and we strive for happiness for our people Ensuring the safety and welfare of children through a confident knowledge of safeguarding processes and procedures Implementation the EYFS with a good understanding of child development Reporting issues of concern to a senior team member or relevant services Partnership working with parents and our partners to ensure our children thrive Positive attitude with children, parents, colleagues and visitors to maintain our happy nursery Promoting a high standard of quality within the nursery including practice, environment and resources in line with our nursery expectations Minimum full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification Safeguarding Knowledge At least 2 year's experience working as a nursery practitioner or similar in an Early Years setting.
