Monkey Puzzle Woodford are looking for a qualified (Level 2) Nursery Practitioner to join their team.
Key Responsibilities- Support the nursery to grow and perform at a high standard, whilst ensuring that all legislation and EYFS frameworks are adhered to.
- Create inspirational, creative, and effective learning environments in line with the needs of the children and the nursery.
- Ensure the safety and welfare of children through a confident knowledge of safeguarding processes and procedures.
- Implement the EYFS with a good understanding of child development.
- Report any issues of concern to a senior team member or relevant services.
- Work in partnership with parents and our partners to ensure our children thrive.
- Show a positive attitude with children, parents, colleagues and visitors to maintain our happy nursery.
- You will be able to provide high standards of care and education to meet the individual needs of the children.
- You are able to provide play based learning opportunities for all children.
- You will be able to adhere to all company policies and procedures and maintain positive working relationships with the team, parents and carers.

- GCSE grades 5-9/A-C.
- Full and relevant level 2 in Early Years.
- Able to ensure the safety and welfare of children through a confident knowledge of safeguarding processes and procedures.
- Appropriate behaviour management.
- Able to participate in child observations and assessments with a good understanding of child development.
