Monkey Puzzle Day Nurseries is seeking a Nursery Group Quality and Operations Lead to drive quality and compliance across the UK network from Head Office.
Hybrid role with regular travel to nursery sites.
You will coach nursery managers, audit teaching practices, monitor KPIs and oversee EYFS compliance, safeguarding and health and safety.
You will partner with HR, Finance and Marketing to support continuous improvement across all settings.
