Monkey Puzzle Brentford is seeking an experienced Nursery Manager to lead a new large-scale setting opening Autumn 2026. This hands-on, strategic leader will drive exceptional childcare, education and customer experience across a multi-room team.
You will lead operationally and strategically, ensure Ofsted readiness, manage budgets, recruit and develop leaders, and build strong parent and community partnerships while delivering strong occupancy and quality KPIs.
