Monkey Puzzle Day Nurseries is seeking an HR Advisor to provide comprehensive HR support across Head Office and our nursery network. You will advise managers on performance, conduct and absence, support recruitment and onboarding, and ensure HR policies are applied consistently.
You will also help maintain HR compliance, develop tools for the franchise network, and oversee records, contracts and data accuracy across systems.
