We are seeking a proactive and highly organised Recruitment Coordinator to support the Head of Recruitment in hiring across our Nursery Group sites. This role plays a key part in the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience and supporting hiring managers with their staffing needs. You will be responsible for coordinating recruitment activity, managing candidate pipelines, supporting onboarding processes, and maintaining accurate recruitment data. Key Responsibilities

  • Post vacancies on the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and manage candidate responses
  • Screen CVs and conduct initial screening calls where required
  • Verify candidate qualifications and record outcomes in employee files
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews, liaising with candidates and hiring managers
  • Issue offer letters and recruitment documentation via the ATS
  • Initiate reference and DBS checks following offer acceptance
  • Monitor and review references and DBS checks, updating hiring managers on progress
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and provide application status updates
  • Provide recruitment administration support, including reports and recruitment metrics
  • Track and report recruitment data (e.g. pre-screens, interviews, offers, agency/Indeed metrics)
  • Attend monthly marketing meetings
  • Update agency Terms of Business and liaise with agencies regarding vacancies
  • Maintain live staffing and recruitment boards to ensure job adverts remain accurate
