What You’ll Do
- Effectively deliver the EYFS ensuring that the individual needs and interests of children in the setting are met (in conjunction with other team members).
- Keep records of key children’s development and learning journeys and share them with parents, carers, and other key adults in the child’s life.
- Support all staff and engage in a good staff team.
Training Outcome
Establish your career within this setting as an Early Years Practitioner with progression over time into a Room Lead. This employer will support you in getting further opportunities to develop professionally with likelihood being completion of a LV5 Early Years - Lead Practitioner Qualification.
