Duties:
- Utilise experience in childcare to create engaging and educational activities for children
- Manage daily routines within the nursery setting
- Communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues
- Demonstrate leadership skills in guiding and supporting children's learning
- Drive the implementation of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum
- Organise and supervise play activities
Essential skills and qualifications:
- Minimum full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification
- Paediatric First Aid
- Basic Safeguarding
