Monkey Puzzle Ealing is looking for a qualified (Level 2) Nursery Practitioner to join their team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the nursery to grow and perform at a high standard, whilst ensuring that all legislation and EYFS frameworks are adhered to.
  • Create inspirational, creative, and effective learning environments in line with the needs of the children and the nursery.
  • Ensure the safety and welfare of children through a confident knowledge of safeguarding processes and procedures.
  • Implement the EYFS with a good understanding of child development.
  • Report any issues of concern to a senior team member or relevant services.
  • Work in partnership with parents and our partners to ensure our children thrive.
  • Show a positive attitude with children, parents, colleagues and visitors to maintain our happy nursery.

  • Full and relevant level 2 in Early Years.
  • Able to ensure the safety and welfare of children through a confident knowledge of safeguarding processes and procedures.
  • Appropriate behaviour management.
  • Able to participate in child observations and assessments with a good understanding of child development.
