Leading from the front, this is a critical role for the hotel where you will manage the smooth running of the Restaurant, Bar and events operation to ensure all our guests have a unique and enjoyable experience by anticipating their needs and providing a world-class service. The successful applicant will have experience in a similar role. You will have confident communication skills, be friendly, organised, efficient and flexible.
