The Role of Operations Manager involves leading from the front, managing the smooth running of the hotel to ensure all our guests have a unique and enjoyable experience by anticipating their needs. The successful applicant will have experience in a similar role, confidence, exceptional communication skills, and be friendly, organised, efficient, and flexible.
