It’s all about attending to their physical, psychological, and social needs to help us deliver the quality of care they deserve. You’ll deliver person-centred care to our residents to ensure they retain their dignity and individuality. Additionally, you’ll supervise and inspire a team of dedicated Care Assistants, working alongside the Nurse on duty.
Your Role Will Involve:
- Supporting the clinical team with medication administration, assessments, care plans, and care reviews.
- Supervising and mentoring other Carers.
- Assisting with personal care activities such as washing, personal hygiene, dressing, and helping with meals.
About You: Cheerful, caring, and compassionate by nature, you’ll have good reading, writing, and communication skills and be flexible enough to work shifts. You’ll be passionate about care and making a difference in people’s lives. You will need to have an SVQ/NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health.
